The Williams Group HEA PracticeAdvantage Program (HEAPA) is a broad-based program designed to help doctors become better business owners. HEAPA provides a multi-phase program that includes a 12-month initial phase, followed by perpetual monthly membership. Unique features include a personalized Optometric Success Center Library and live group sessions with an Executive Management Trainer to ensure members successfully grasp concepts. Monthly strategic planning sessions are also provided by your personally assigned Executive Management Coach.
